TitanLab OÜ is the data controller for any personal information you share with us through pawrest.eu.
We are not required to appoint a Data Protection Officer under GDPR Article 37. For any data protection inquiries, write to info@pawrest.eu.
What we collect
We collect only what you choose to share with us through our contact form, “Write to us”:
- Your name (required)
- Your email address (required)
- Your country (optional)
- How you heard about us, and which clinic, if applicable (optional)
- The message you write (required)
We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. For details on cookies and measurement, see the sections on Analytics and Advertising measurement below.
Analytics
We use Plausible Analytics to understand how visitors find our site and which pages they read. Plausible is a privacy-respecting analytics service based in the European Union. It does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, and does not track visitors across websites. You can read more at plausible.io/data-policy.
Advertising measurement
If you consent to cookies, we use Google Ads conversion tracking to measure the effectiveness of our advertising. This allows us to see whether our ads led to a contact form submission. Google Ads stores cookies on your device only after you accept; if you decline, no Google Ads cookies are set, though Google may receive anonymous, aggregated signals through Consent Mode. You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser's local storage for pawrest.eu.
Why we collect this information
When you write to us, we use your information to reply to your message, to discuss a possible commission, and to keep a record of our conversation. This is the only purpose.
Our lawful basis under the GDPR is twofold: your explicit consent under Article 6(1)(a), given by ticking the consent box on the form before submission; and the performance of a pre-contractual request under Article 6(1)(b), as you wrote to us with a view to a possible commission.
How we record your consent
When you submit a contact form, you are asked to actively agree to this Privacy Policy via a checkbox. The submission is only processed if you have ticked this box. Your consent — together with the timestamp and IP address of the submission — is recorded in our Formspree processing logs as evidence. This record is retained for as long as we hold your form data (see “How long we keep it”), so we can demonstrate compliance with GDPR Article 7 if asked.
How long we keep it
We keep your message and the conversation that follows for as long as it is needed to serve you — typically through the design, production, and delivery of your PAWREST, plus a reasonable period afterwards in case you write to us again.
If our conversation does not lead to a commission, we keep your message for up to two years, then delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
Who helps us process your data
A small number of trusted providers help us run the site and respond to you. Each one is bound by a data processing agreement.
- Vercel Inc. hosts our website, with servers in the European Union (Frankfurt region). Vercel does not have access to the content of your messages.
- Formspree, Inc. (based in the United States) processes the contact form submission and forwards it to our inbox. Data transfer to the United States is governed by Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
- Zoho Corporation hosts our email inboxes on servers in the European Union. Your messages to info@pawrest.eu, request@pawrest.eu, and partners@pawrest.eu are stored there.
- Plausible Insights OÜ (Estonia) provides our analytics. No personal data leaves the European Union.
- Google Ireland Limited provides Google Ads conversion measurement, which is loaded only after you accept cookies through our consent banner. Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the United States under Standard Contractual Clauses.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with anyone else.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

- Ask us to correct information that is wrong
- Ask us to delete your information
- Ask us to stop processing your information
- Receive a copy of your information in a portable format
- Object to our processing of your information
- Withdraw the consent you gave through the form, at any time, with the same ease with which you gave it
To withdraw your consent specifically, write to info@pawrest.eu with the subject “Withdraw consent” and we will delete the data collected from your form submission.
