Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains where we ship, how long it takes, what it costs, and what to do if something goes wrong.

Where we ship
We ship to addresses within:
- All 27 European Union countries
- The United Kingdom
- Norway
- Switzerland
We currently do not ship outside this list. If you are in another country and would like a Commission, write to us — we may be able to arrange it as a special case.
Production time, before shipping
Each piece is made to order after payment has cleared. The standard production time is one to two weeks. Shipping begins after the piece is finished and packed.
Delivery timeframes
Once dispatched, parcels typically arrive within:
- Estonia and the Baltic states: 2 to 4 working days
- Other EU countries: 3 to 7 working days
- United Kingdom: 5 to 10 working days, including customs
- Norway and Switzerland: 5 to 10 working days, including customs
These are estimates from our carrier and are not guaranteed. Holidays, weather, or customs processing may extend them.
Shipping cost
Shipping is quoted in your written confirmation, alongside the Commission price, before payment. It is calculated by destination, weight, and carrier.
We do not mark up shipping above what the carrier charges us.
Customs duties and import VAT
Within the European Union, no customs duties apply. Estonian VAT (20%) is included in the Commission price.
For deliveries to the United Kingdom, Norway, and Switzerland, the parcel is exported from the EU. The Commission price is invoiced without EU VAT (zero-rated for export). Import VAT and any applicable customs duties are the responsibility of the recipient and are collected by the carrier or local customs authority before delivery.
We declare the parcel honestly, with the full Commission value, and include a commercial invoice. We cannot under-declare the value to reduce import duty.
Packaging
Each sculpture is wrapped, padded, and packed in a custom box sized for its dimensions. Care is taken at every step — these pieces are made for a quiet place at home, and they leave us packed accordingly.
Tracking
We will email you a tracking number when your parcel is dispatched. The number begins working with the carrier's website within 24 hours.
Damage or loss in transit
If your parcel arrives damaged, follow the procedure in our Refund Policy: photographs within 48 hours, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
If your parcel is lost — if tracking shows no update for ten working days after dispatch — write to info@pawrest.eu and we will investigate with the carrier.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your delivery address before confirming your Commission. We cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided by you. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will arrange re-shipment at your cost.
