Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 18 May 2026
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of pawrest.eu and any commission you place with TitanLab OÜ for a PAWREST sculpted memorial (“Commission”). By placing a Commission, you agree to these Terms.
If anything here is unclear, write to us at info@pawrest.eu.

TitanLab OÜ is the seller of all PAWREST commissions.
What we make
Each PAWREST is a sculpted memorial urn made to order in Tallinn, Estonia. Every piece is personalised with the dog's name on the collar. The sculpture is breed-accurate, made in a single premium filament chosen from the collection shown on pawrest.eu, and assembled with a hidden bayonet mechanism beneath the collar.
Because each piece is custom-made to your specifications, no two are identical.
How a Commission is placed
You begin a Commission by writing to us through the contact form on this site. We will reply within two working days to confirm:
- The breed and size of the sculpture
- The material from our collection
- The name to be engraved on the collar
- Your delivery address
- The full price
A Commission is only confirmed once you have accepted these details in writing and paid the full price in advance. We do not begin production before payment has cleared.
Once your Commission is confirmed and payment has cleared, we assign it an order reference number, which we include in all subsequent correspondence.
Price and payment
The price of each Commission is agreed in writing before payment.
For deliveries within the European Union, prices include Estonian VAT (20%) under the standard EU VAT rules for distance sales.
For deliveries to the United Kingdom, Norway, and Switzerland, the goods are exported from the EU. The Commission price is invoiced without EU VAT (zero-rated for export). Local import VAT and any applicable customs duties are the responsibility of the recipient and are collected by the carrier or local customs authority before delivery — see our Shipping Policy for details.
Payment is taken in full at the time the Commission is confirmed. We accept the payment methods communicated to you in the confirmation message. Production does not begin until the payment has been received and cleared.
Title to the sculpture passes to you when the full price has been paid and the piece has been dispatched.
Production and timing
Once payment has cleared, the piece is made to order. The standard production time is one to two weeks. We will write to you when the piece is finished and again when it is dispatched.
We do our best to meet stated timeframes but cannot guarantee them in cases of supply, equipment, or shipping delays outside our control. If a significant delay arises, we will write to you with a revised timeline.
Right of withdrawal — important
Under European Union law, consumers ordering online normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, Article 16(c) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU expressly excludes this right for goods “made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised.”
Each PAWREST sculpture is made to order with your dog's name engraved on the collar. It is therefore a personalised good, and the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply once production has started.
By placing a Commission, you acknowledge that you have been informed of this exclusion before payment, and you agree to it.
See our Refund Policy for the conditions under which refunds or replacements remain available.
Delivery
We ship to addresses within the European Union, the United Kingdom, Norway, and Switzerland. See our Shipping Policy for delivery timeframes, costs, customs information, and the procedure if a parcel is damaged or lost in transit.
Defects and damage
If your piece arrives damaged in transit, write to us at info@pawrest.eu within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs of the outer packaging and the damage. If you discover a manufacturing defect — something we made incorrectly, rather than damage in transit — write to us within 14 days of delivery with photographs and a description. In either case, we will repair, replace, or refund the piece in line with our Refund Policy.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under Estonian or EU law.
Force majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war or terrorism, public health emergencies, strikes, postal disruptions, or customs delays. In such cases we will write to you as soon as we are able and agree on a revised timeline or, where this is not possible, a refund.
Intellectual property
All designs, sculptures, photographs, text, and other content on pawrest.eu are the intellectual property of TitanLab OÜ. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use them for commercial purposes without our written consent. The sculpture you receive is for personal, non-commercial use.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Estonian law, our liability for any Commission is limited to the price paid for that Commission. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for gross negligence, intentional misconduct, or any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Applicable law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Estonian law. Any disputes will be heard in the courts of Tallinn, Estonia, unless mandatory consumer law gives you a different forum.
The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged to participate in arbitration before a consumer dispute board.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version that applies to your Commission is the version published on pawrest.eu on the day you placed the Commission. Significant changes will be highlighted on this page for at least thirty days.
